1. Information We Collect
Account information: Email address, name, and password (hashed). Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries. Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Uploaded documents: Financial documents you upload for analysis.
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide the Platform's services: listing search, AI analysis, pipeline management, and deal recommendations. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To send transactional emails (password resets, deal alerts you configure). To improve the Platform.
3. AI Processing
Listing data, uploaded documents, and your queries are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate analyses and recommendations. Your data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Anthropic (AI processing), and DigitalOcean (hosting). All providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
5. Data Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds). All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Database access restricted to application layer. Regular backups with encrypted storage.
6. Data Retention
Account data retained while your account is active. Uploaded documents retained for 90 days after last analysis. Conversation history retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
7. Your Rights
You may: access, correct, or delete your personal data; export your data; withdraw consent for marketing emails; close your account. Contact privacy@247itslu.com.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only (authentication token stored in localStorage). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
