3. Disclaimer

AI-generated analyses, scores, predictions, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making acquisition decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents are processed for analysis and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Deal Finder and 24/7 I.T. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any losses from business acquisition decisions made using our tools or analysis.
